This year, IFPL is a quarter of a century old! To commemorate the occasion, we invited friends and family to join us at a summer fête themed celebration.
The success of IFPL over the last twenty five years would not have been possible without our dedicated, talented and all-round fantastic team. We wanted to thank our colleagues and their families for their contribution with a day of fun and games – and for a company founded and based in Britain (and having just won another Queen’s Award), we decided that a summertime fête was the perfect theme for our celebration.
To add to the sense of occasion, Founder and CEO Geoff Underwood was presented with our third Queen’s Award for Enterprise by HM Lord-Lieutenant of the Isle of Wight Mrs Susie Sheldon, who also took a tour of the office and met some members of the team who contributed to the realisation of the award-winning project.
After the presentation, guests tucked into afternoon tea, complete with clotted cream-clad scones and plenty of cake. Our wonderful event organisation team made sure there was fun for the whole family with candy floss, face painting and balloon animal artistry. The adults enjoyed a well-stocked bar, and a healthy level of competition when it came to the party games (giant Jenga, anyone?)
The highlight (after our award!) was the tug of war, which was dominated by the girls’ team; though the opposing boys were very gracious in defeat.

Despite a bit of adverse weather (would it be a British summertime event without it?!) a wonderful time was had by all.
